Her playing style, very close to the bridge, and with relatively straight fingers looks real stressful on her index metacarpal. With her smaller hands that's one thing she may have to watch as she gets older and plays more.

I don't know how her pinkie finger of the fretting hand stays of the board in that position either, but it works!
