I'm not generally a fan of most things yellow, but it seems to work on that Laredo. Yellow looks good with the BT too, but I can't say I like the PS version of the 4005, just doesn't look right, maybe it's the white trim...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

That's not a color I would have ever dreamed of on a Rick bass, but I like it a lot.

Congrats Todd!

Well done.

Thanks for the comments and trc suggestions everyone.

I took a couple quick pictures in the case to get a higher contrast per Peter's request. The color is very deep in the shade and lighter/paler in bright light. One day I will get out the light boxes and get some quality shots of it.

I am coloring the trc with a removable acrylic paint to try Joey's yellow lettering idea. I didn't even think of that option. :D

I suspected that a lot of the green in the first set was reflected. I like it even better seeing it against black. 8)

Sorry, not a fan. Looks like it belongs in a Winger video.

Enjoy it though.

That is a BOLD color choice! Congrats on having the stones to go through with it. Looks great! I do vote for a white TRC though.

Ya know, I just happen to be selling a car that would go great with that bass. :D And it will haul your bass rig as well.

I'm just (pleasantly) surprised that there has not been a mention in this thread of the dreaded "H*rng*lb Yellow". :)

Todd, I love the Lemon Bass look! In fact, it is so unique that I believe it would be best for your photos to be embedded in the thread, so they are still accessible should you change your photobucket setup. I hope you are okay with this. If not, Joey can fix it.
