Seriously! 4.7 is a little tremor. Ahh, I remember the 7.1 in San Francisco in 1989. Now that was a shaker! All that damage in 15 seconds. Thank God it wasn't longer.

Yup, that one was a shaker for sure. I was in living in Santa Rosa at the time. It was the first quake I'd ever been in that lasted long enough to actually get into a doorway for protection...

Here's Dan S.' new AFG 620, after it's been given the "new crushed pearl inlays" treatment, alongside my own '67 625:













Obviously, the '67 is the one with the Accent. The FWCP inlays go a long way toward giving the new Rick the look and feel of the old 625! The 620 was one of the last to leave the RIC plant with the old-style non-full-width inlays, so the recesses for the new full-with inlays were cut by hand with a dovetail saw before adding the new crushed-pearl ones.
