Spacehog

Post by Prowl »

Just wondering if there are any other Spacehog fans out there on the boards like me. I read they've reloacted to LA. Has anyone on here caught them at a show recently? Just curious.

I dig Spacehog. Saw them play a few years ago, but was far more interested in Liv Tyler, who was standing next to me at the club.

Did they put on a good show? I've never seen them but for live youtube videos. Is Liv Tyler tall?

They put on a really good show with lots of energy. It was at a small club, so it was a much nicer vibe than at a large concert hall.

I was standing right next to Liv and we were about the same height. I'm about 5' 10". She might actually have been just a tad taller than me.

I love Royston Langdon's tone. Its warm yet aggressive at the same time. I caught a video of the band doing a soundcheck. Royston wasn't there but both of his 4001's were there. His bass tech was playing one of them while the rest of the group were doing their thing. I hope to catch them in California when I go out there.

I've recently had the honor of interviewing Royston Langdon, twice.

Check it out:

Miles, please note that the thread of which you speak has now been removed.

I would ask that in fairness to the author of the work that posts be limited to a link to the website information without taking large sections of the material and posting it on the RRF verbatim.

Some authors find the practice of posting excerpts acceptable if asked but others, understandably, object to the practice. Please check with them first.

I do believe I've actually included both a link and a quote. I'll keep in mind however in case of future occurrences.

Thanks. Yes, there was no problem with the link.

Not to beat a dead horse, but I did see the link (thank you),
--> it was the 810 words of verbatim content which I objected to.
