I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Reverse FG has actually been done. This guitar is in Dave Rogers' (of Dave's Guitar Shop) private collection and he believes it is an original RIC finish:

That was the first thing I thought when I saw this thread.

The second thing I thought was what I've been advocating since I discovered this board...White on White!!! I'll be one of the first to order a new 330 12. Until then, I am boycotting RIC. Which is an easy excuse for not buying a new guitar.

I dunno......sure, it's rare as a dodo bird, but I think that is the fugliest guitar finish I've ever seen. It looks like a roasted marshmallow....or maybe a bad sunburn....

Seriously, it's making me feel sick. Would have made a beautiful MG.

I think we've waited too long for another run of white Rics. And with the new non-fading finish they would be perfect.

let's see them in the shops please! :)

As to white ones, my new-to -me- 1989 2030 inspires the idea of a Amber Whiteglo, since it's yellowed a bit ,nicely.

Is this one yours Ron? Gorgeous!!!! Ditto Manta's question: Is the fretboard TURGLO as well?

Is that a 360/12 V64, or a 360/12 C63?

Mapleglo makes a great base coat for a new finish, white included.

Sorry, but that TurquoiseGlo is just a "doctored" photo of my new fireglo 2009, 360/12 C63. I used the editing tool on Photobucket to change the hue from fireglo to turquoise.

It's always been my dream to own a torquoise burst RIC.....It looks great with the turquoise finger board, doesn't it ?

Haha, Ron, that's brilliant! I should have sensed another sorcerer in the cave! Your skills are far above mine, though - my pointy hat's off to you.

I guess the question, "Would you believe ...?" should have been the tipoff.    8) 8) 8)
