Anyone hazzard a guess if this lot is genuine?

What's that black surround looking piece around the screws and springs?

Genuine. Modern copy parts don't even try to copy Rickenbacker, & 70s Japanese bits were largely modelled on early 70s 4001 stuff - hence no modern Hi-Gains or 1" pickup spacing.

I'd guess the black surround's a Pickguardian part or from a Seymour Duncan humbucker.
