I will admit to wanting a smoke here and there.
It's mainly in the evening, though, and lasts about 2 minutes now.
Last week, I did probably gain a lb or two due to my eating more when I normally eat. I didn't eat more often, just more when I did eat. I ate like I did when I was a teenager--which my younger brother tried to emulate and ended up gaining a hundred extra pounds until he shed it off.
I don't really think about smoking anymore though, other than in those few 2 minute intervals that I get in the evening. Those will subside in the next week or so, I'm sure.
