My latest purchase - checking it with you guys

Post by blur »

Hey guys, I've recently bought:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3721994017

And while I am quite confident about it, I thought, 'Why not run it past the forum guys...'

So, from your POV, it looks OK?

Cool! I've got an '03 340FGLH and I love it. That middle pickup adds a lot IMO. Enjoy.

Beauty! And 27 bids, quite a competition!

I don't own one myself, but I like all of my other three-pickup RICs (350SH, 370/12v64, 325v59, 320, 620SPC, 1997PT) because, as Ronn says, the middle pickup does something special for the sound. Be sure to let us know what you think of it once you've plugged it in and played it a while.

Oops! I left my 370/12RM out of my list of triple-pickup guitars.

Cool! And yes, I'm looking forward to the extra pickup. My shortlived 330 purchase (now on consignment in a Sydney guitar store), just looked like it was missing something.

Thanks everyone! So you guys reckon the heel, etc, looks right? I know some of you have recently spotted some fakes on eBay - but I felt that this one looked genuine.

Looks neat, I rarely see 340's.
I'm sure you'll enjoy the extra pickup, I do.
