These rods are from an '98 370/12. Is suppose they are original, though they are the only ones I've ever seen. :)

Tommy, you need Adobe Reader (a very common and useful program) installed on your computer. You can get it for free:

my computer is so old that Ive had to get rid of programs that take up too much space...Ill download it again.
maybe one of these days I will get a newer pooter. I keep buying guitars. :oops:

I concur with the advice offered here. I had a 12 that would not adjust properly. I added some plain washers and star washers to the body end, after removing, re-taping, and waxing the rods. After that the neck adjusted beautifully.

Buy a bigger hard drive. They're inexpensive these days.

The only problem with buying a bigger hard drive is that obsolete operating systems might not accommodate the software.

This keeps us upgrading to newer machines. It is the definition of planned obsolescence, far beyond anything Detroit or Vance Packard could ever imagine...
