Fathers Day Down Under

Post by ozover50 »

I'd like to wish all Aussie members a very happy Fathers Day. :D

Whether you're celebrating with your own children, your fathers, both or simply reliving the memories may you have an enjoyable and relaxing day.

I'm having a quiet little BBQ lunch with the ex and the kids...... a couple of beers and a few glasses of Pike's shiraz should round the day out nicely before the return to the salt mines tomorrow.

Here's hoping you get the chance to pick up and play your favourite Rick, too!

Have a great day Aitch! Same goes for all Dads today.
I've had a sleep-in, breakfast in bed, pressies!!
The sleep-in was especially beneficial, as i was up until 2 am, playing the new JG 360 through a mates borrowed SpiderJam amp.

Thanks for your best wishes and I hope you all Aussie dads had a great day. :D

My son phoned up to say hello and he will come around later in the week.

My daughter is currently working in Alaska. She did say it was going to be busy with the Labour day weekend: I suspect she will contact us when she gets the chance. But given she has moved around so much recently, I'd guess she doesn't know what day it really is !!!!
