Re: The secret v74 model they made in '08
I know Matt Baker, the owner of Action, quite well and he's a very dear friend. I think that this is the handiwork of one of his less experienced employees as Matt is very knowledgeable about instruments and is a collector of Ricks. I'll give him a call and let him know that this listing is just plain wrong.

JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS!
Re: The secret v74 model they made in '08
Nope. Just gave him a call and told him of the erroneous post. He has a guy that does his Gbase listings for him and he screwed up. However, because Matt does have a great sense of humor, he's changed the copy in the description to read that the bass is not a reissue and has never had a Kahler trem system and has never been a "lightshow" .

Well Ric doesn't have so many models, but others do. So it's easy to understand how someone could get confused.
It would be funny however if after the Labor Day weekend Ric announces the 4001v74 with 1/2 inch pickup spacing, red dot side markers and wavy grovers. Then the guy'd be a prophet rather than be mistaken

I saw that, too... pretty odd. I guess that if you alter the text, the program exes out the original post?? I understood what you were ribbing me about, Jeff!
