My '73 and '75 FL's, I love 'em. Super thin necks, great players. I don't have a fretted bass right now. I did just buy Charles '82 4001S "Tung Glo"
Should have it next week.

Guess I strayed from this thread, but DANG Sam, love your fretless Rics! Very nice. I'd love to try one some day. I don't play enough to warrant buying one though. I've got a fretless alumi-Kramer that sounds great and does what I need it to when I need it. In fact, I've got a session coming up that I'll be using it for on one song.
