Sorry we couldn't make it last night...family stuff to cover here in Marin...but, from the pics, it looks like you were into it your usual 110%!

Thanks Paul! I've lost 130 pounds since last year. It's been funny, at rehearsals I'd be thinking, this guitar is not as comfy to play... then I'd realize I need to raise the strap!
You know that 12 string well, since you made it such a delight to play! I also have to say, the thing never goes out of tune. It's insane!

Special diet and exercise... I am on a mostly liquid diet though now I am learning about healthy food choices and stuff, and working out a whole lot.
