Just wanted to say that I absolutely agree with everyone here who's a fan! I have been forever... So much so that when I got the opportunity to buy one of Howie's basses that I did. Sorry, not the faux Ric though... But I am really happy that I got the following:
And every time I play it can't help but think that at some point, it was in a rehearsal studio being played with Tom nearby. I guess its my brush with greatness. It'll NEVER leave my hands!
One thing that's REALLY cool about the old Wal case that this came in is that Howie had actually written his name and address right on it so it's almost like I've got an autographed bass (even if it's on the case)!
