Snow

Post by cjj »

Well, I guess winter's coming to the North Country, 1 inch of snow and 17 degrees (F)...

But, we're only supposed to get down to 14 tonight...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

I'd laugh, but we are in the middle of a very unseasonable cold snap, with the temps today barely 50 and tonight going to freezing. Time to check out our snow blowers!

No, no, no, it's too early to see that four-letter word! Unfortunately, it's in the overnight forecast here.... I hope it doesn't happen. It's a shock to the system, as the whole month of September was unseasonably warm and summer-like.

It was a beautiful autumn day here on the Prairie. And right now, it's a good time to be sipping hot apple cider on this chilly fall night, with a Rick close at hand.

In about 12 hours I'll be setting sail for New Hampshire for a week. Lake Winnepesaukee (sp?), Mt. Washington (coldest temps in NA many times), and the prettiest fall color I'll likely ever see await.

Snow? I'm one of those people who LOVE IT.

We're forecast to have rain on Monday and Tuesday. It's a little early in the season, methinks.

+1 That's the time I really enjoy living back east here.
