Where can I get pickup lead wire?
Is there any way to get the pickup lead wires that Ric uses? I have some pickups that either are missing leads, or they are too short.
Re: Where can I get pickup lead wire?
It was suggested in another similar thread to buy grey coax audio cable from Radioshack.

Radioshack sells really lousy wire......I'd suggest to buy some shielded cable from Apex Jr instead. He sells really good quality stuff and his prices are great.

Radio Shack's coax is way too heavy for Rick pickups...you'll have that hot center lead breaking all the time, as the wire doesn't flex properly. Try electronicsplus.com or a local supplier for better wire.

Stew-Mac has (I think) what you are looking for:

The # 1586 would probably do the trick, right?

Only thing is, RIC uses a cable with a grey cover, assuming he wants it to look correct.
