JangleBox For Instro Surf

Post by kenposurf »

I just bought one to try in front of my outboard reverb unit. On the bright setting with moderate gain and attack I'm getting a real nice added sparkle to my tone. Notes ring out with a bit more sustain and are very even (compressed). I've been a hold out for a long time but now am putting together a SMALL pedal board. The Jangle made me do it :D :D :D

I think this sounds suspiciously like RAS. Both of us may be turning into gear heads.

RAS..like GAS? :D :D :D

I've owned than sold a couple of JB's that I used w/12 strings I had at the time...My bandmate suggested I try a compressor in front of the verb...and came up smiling ... So, now it guitar to a 2 way splitter...one side into a JB into a Voodoo Lab Sparkle Drive into the reverb unit..other side dead ends into a stage tuner..everything powered by a Voodoo Lab Pedal Power II
