+100
staying "under the bottom" was NOT the intention of the Lightshow, for sure.
Re: Lightshow Guitar and Bass
One of the Rics I've set a goal to want to play before I die is a 331LS. This video explains my reason.

Jake----I think you just need to fly to Chicago (CME) or visit Graham or something......then you can knock em all off the list on the same day.

No show like a light show
..always draws a crowd...according to Paul anyway

Yes, but the chances I've had to see Graham were spent on my 1997 and 360/12V64collin wrote:Jake----I think you just need to fly to Chicago (CME) or visit Graham or something......then you can knock em all off the list on the same day.![]()

Interesting! First time I've ever seen one of those in use. I always thought those were a silly gimmick, but the tone was actually quite good. Who'd have thought that a guitar with a plexiglass top and a bunch of lights inside could sound that good!

Re: Lightshow Guitar and Bass
There was a time when Rickkenbacker had all their vintage guitars in a small building in front (as I recall) of their plant. You could just walk right in , pick any of them up, and play them. And I mean VINTAGE!! Light show Rics, many Rics with the gold pickguards, and TV style knobs - You NAME it!! - It was there. Those were the DAYS!!
