Mel, are you still in Grand Marais or did you move to tropical Duluth? I've lost track.

We're still in Grand Marais, thanks for asking, Paul. We had tried to sell our house for two years in a row, and then decided to build a garage, since the lack of one seemed to be the main deterrent to buyers. But of course we had to raise the price once we added the garage! So it looks like we're stuck here now, LOL. That's okay, I guess.... most of the time I like it here, until winter sets in.

OK, so that leaves you with winter and the 4th of July.

Dorothy and I were kinda in your neighborhood in late September. We drove around to see some friends in NW Wisconsin, then drove up to Superior and crossed both bridges to and from Duluth. We were surprised with the hilly character of Duluth, much like San Francisco. What a view from up top!

Look Paul, my Ricks are great looking. I'm not. When they were passing out looks, I thought they said books and I said "give me a funny one!"

You know, I changed things this year because I heard from a number of RRFers who wanted to see people on the calendars.

However, if members just want to see guitars, I'd be happy to oblige and do a calendar of just guitars. Or we could mix it up with some of our more photogenic guitars and members.

Just send in photos so I can start putting this together.

Seriously, you should strike the same pose, but with one of your Rics--that would be a fun pic for the calendar! :D
