A Carl Wilson for a 660/12 BBR

Post by stringsncords »

I just did a deal with Chris at Pick of the Ricks for an immaculately beautiful Carl Wilson 6-string - these guitars are absolutely amazing, and I feel fortunate to have been the recipient of "right place - right time".

Chris now has my mint-condition 660/12 Blueburst which I gave him in trade for the CW; if you've been looking for one, it's an absolute stunner, plays great, and has been re-strung with TI's.

Give Chris a call if you're interested.

Congrats on the CW, Bob. I prefer Ric hollow bodies to solids. The solid's small bodies and my large frame aren't a good match.

Thanks, Jake. I'm very much in the same position - 6'1" and on the upside of 200. I was actually able to get a brother and sister pair of 660 AFG's last year (6 & 12), so it kinda made the BBR 12-string available to do a deal like this. The CW is a FANTASTIC instrument, as is the 660/12BBR, so it was a good deal all around.
