Saw them in 2006. I got tickets with some reservations and worries that it might be a bit lame. I was completely and utterly wrong, they REALLY meant it. Brilliant, plus Zak Starkey on drums. Go see them.

Saw them about fifteen years ago or so. Absolutely fantastic.
Like Mark Sanders, saw them in '06 also.
Unfortunately I did not have the same reaction as Mark.
Their new album had just come out (the one with the 'good looking boy' Elvis song).
Pete started to talk about how he had not written very much in a long time but it's not because he couldn't.
He said he could write songs in his sleep and then they proceeded to play a bunch of awful (IMHO) songs from the new CD.
When he said that, that really turned me off.
I wish I was sleeping during those songs.
No, sorry no more plans to see them. Unless they stick to the old ... or good new ... stuff.
Agree, btw, that Zak is a great drummer.

Thought about it Scott,
Being the Super Bowl is only going to be a 1.5 hour ride, but I'm not going to fight those crowds...Here's hoping they'll do the Hard Rock while they're in Miami!
