My new 4004cii, made in 76?

Post by Duckenbacker »

Hello.

Couple of days ago I registered my 3001 and my 4004cii, I first registered my 3001 made in 76, then I registered my new 4004cii and for some reason it also seems to be made in 76  , but I do know that it was made in the 46th week of 08, I have tried to reset it by re-entering the serial # but that did not help...

It's no big deal I guess but, thanks for any help in this matter...

Ken: I believe you will find your record amended.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Once a date has been entered - the automatic decoder will not try to decode the serial any more, if you'd like your serial to be automatically decoded you'll need to erase the date completely and resubmit your item.
This is done to allow people to manually enter manufacturing date on pre 1961 instruments without having the decoder forcing another date.
So long and thanks for all the fish!
