Is that the guitar that Craig sold? I wish I'd bought that 730L AFG off ebay. :(

That's going to turn out to be the deal of the year.

Since we're talking about grain, please pardon me if I show one non-Rickenbacker...

It's my 2005 Washburn Cumberland 12-string. BIG voice, built like a tank, and when you have a weakness for wood figures, well...

This guitar listed for $1100.00 back in '05; I got it for $400.00 from Cream City Music in Milwaukee. Seems it was "unplayable". I did a bit of setup, put on a nice set of strings, and it's served many a yodeling match since...

WOW! Talk about grain! My knees are weak (good thing I'm sitting down).

Now, if only I could get a Rick bass with quilt like that... :( 8)
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

I'm not a particularly big fan of quilted maple and I'm also not a huge fan of blue or green guitars, but if I ever buy a quilted one, I want to have it refinished in this sort of "Submarine-glow"
