But it's a real one.
So it's brand new and from the Ric factory?
I'm curious to know more if you'd like to share.

If Ric did this for you as a thanks for buying all the ebay one offs, then that's really cool of them. :)

No, that's not it at all, Rob. I had a couple guitars that belonged in the RIC museum, not in my office.
A mutually beneficial swap was made........win/win.

Wow, still a great result!

Are you allowed to say which guitars went into the museum?

I'm not a betting man but I'd say a comb was involved.

VERY VERY COOL for both you and R.I.C.

What a gorgeous guitar you have there. Three toasters, F-hole, 21 fret neck, Montezuma Brown... *faints dead away*.

How's the neck? And how do you like it?

Noel......the thing is incredible......the neck is slim and fast......wonderful piece of work!!
I traded in a 230GF and a 350SH......hard to believe that RIC didn't have any in their collection
but now they do!!

Best compliments Craig, a fantastic guitar :)
PM me the story to me too, if you want.
I really hope that Mr. Hall decides to reintroduces these beauties one day...

Very lovely guitar Craig, congrats it looks superb.

What with the special 310C64s for the Japanese market and now this little brown beauty, I'm drooling with anticpation at seeing a 2009 4003 wearing Monte Brown.

Just a thought Craig - are you going to try it out with gold plastic?

Gold plastic is a definite possibility!
