Birthday guitar.

Post by fireglo67 »

One day I would love to own a Ric that was 'born' the same time as me, Feb 1967. There are some really cool models around from that time too. :D
Has anyone on the forum got a Ric from their birth date?
I know for a lot of you guys that would probably be a frying pan, but that's still cool.

Don't have one, but I'd sorely love to. Any of the three from this 1956 catalog page would be just fine, thank you.

Wish I was born in 58! This has to be the best line up of Rickenbacker guitars ever.

A guitar from Ric from my birthday...

That's somewhere between the Frying Pan and a late Ken Leonard...

Rickenbacker was beginning to make modern style electric guitars a few years before I was born............what was your point again Rob?

I'm not so sure. I'm about the same age as a Combo 400.

Good topic Rob.

I'll go for this December Nineteen Sixty Four 1997 model, which is on eBay at the moment for £8950 or $14,744.65 (in real money  )
