Anybody awaiting order from Rickenbacker

I sent an order for the Ric-o-sound kit about 8 weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. If I remember correctly, the form said to allow two weeks for processing and shipment. Anybody else have an order which is taking longer than normal?

Why not call RIC customer service and see what's up, they've been helpful to me in the past

Yup, but it's for a guitar though so I dunno that harassing Customer Service would be productive. I do scan my email repeatedly every 15 minutes between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm though. . . .

This is a problem that I suppose is good to have.

I'd call customer service. There any any number of reasons why it hasn't arrived and customer service will have the best info.
