I have very fond and fun memories of playing all of these numbers in a band Christmas `06. The funny thing about playing Christmas surf tunes; in a live setting, people seem to like it if a band plays a couple of them, but when a band's entire set consists of them, the audience is practically ready to strangle the band by the end of the set. Not sure why. I think it might have had something to do with hearing the intros of classic surf numbers they love and want to hear live morph into Christmas songs they've been hearing all day whilst shopping for gifts.

We did two shows that year; for the second show we added a second set consisting of straight surf numbers and the crowd went home happy. :)
