Now it's collectible....I bought some bottles in 2006, it was taken off the market in late 2008 I believe.

Stateside we could sell Bob Dylan helium and novocain supsension: one drink and you're voice will go up an octave as your tongue goes numb. In short, you'll be able to sing just like the Bard himself!
