Thanks - RIC can get any judge to transfer that web address to RIC without any costs to RIC because it's got the full registered trademark name in it. Only if the site'd be about cars or the owners' actual surname they'd stand a chance

We had a similar case with a Shadows music forum, which was created after some of the members of the main Shadows Music forum were disappointed, mainly because of a lot of quarreling that had gone on. Their forum was up for about eight or nine months and very little happened there and it had only a few members. Finally the guy closed down his website and rejoined the main forum. This could well be the case here. I wish the people who started that forum well, and I hope their website grows, but I seriously doubt that it will, especially since it is growing in the shadow (no pun intended!) of this very authoritative and complete, not to say massive Rickenbacker forum.

I took a look, even joined. But I have to say, there's nothing so far that impresses me. The format seems a lot less intuitive than this or the RIC forum...

I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

The format is a boilerplate, plug-in item.

I think the owner and his blonde are, too.

Björn Eriksson also has a Rick forum and it doesn't seem to have alot of posts for the time it has been up. I see that you have an ad there Paul.

That pretty well sums up my feelings and suspicions.

Although Björn's site is very popular with Rickenbacker enthusiasts, Ken's statement is very true. I don't see that new forum becoming all that busy.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

I've never seen him post...could he have joined to keep an eye on things? I wonder how long he's been a member here...
