Actually, I like that joke because, back in my Navy days, I did work with hot water heaters. Our 1200 PSI main propulsion boilers took in water at 475 degrees and output steam at 1000 degrees. Now those were hot water heaters and could push a Destroyer through the water at 34 knots.

Oh, yea! That's why we called it "superheated steam". As a guitarist, you learn fast to keep your hands away from steam leaks, which could take a finger off in a second!
