that would take some incredible hutzpah (or stupidity) to display rick copies at a show only a few miles from the ric factory.... :roll:

on the subject of french guitars.....VIGIER! Deep purple's bassist plays 'em.......

A few miles away? How about the company CEO being just upstairs? :shock: :lol:

I played a Vigier at NAMM, very nice bass, but mucho $$$.

Another great bass I played was a Marleaux Consat, really nice! :D Marleaux also had two super cool 21" scale mini versions of the Consat that is an octave higher than standard tuning, these would be especially nice through an octave divider. Direct price? How about $4500!!!! :shock:

That's at least partly a reflection of the strong Euro.... but it still hurts....
