Rickenbackers with Black Hardware

Rickenbackers with Black Hardware
I have a 1990 360/12 MG with black hardware (my first Rick!) that is striking in contrast with my 2008 370 MG and 2009 360/12C63 FG with the white hardware. My question is, how many years did Rickenbacker offer the black hardware? It does not appear in the catalogues listed on the RIC site.

I think it was around 15 years starting in the mid-eighties. I'm sure one of our experts will chime in with actual dates.

I was about to say the same thing, about 10-15 years. I think they were discontinued in the mid or late nineties.
