Cool first-gen "F" body. Looks like a refin to me.

1982 -- wasn't that like 50 years ago?

What is the bass player playing? It looks like it could be a Shadow, but I can't tell from the video.

I am pretty sure that is just Foxton's modified 4001 with a large pickguard; he still has that bass.

Looks like a modded 4001. The bridge pickup surround is gone with a P-bass pickup where the bridge higain was. The pickguard is larger, the neck pickup looks closer than 1/2"to the neck.
