The Troggs' Rickenbackers

Post by admin »

The Troggs have been seen at least once in their career with a Rickenbacker. I am hoping that Reg Presley will be able to comment more about it.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Are you sure about the age of that rickie?

Reg Presley doesnt look much older than he did 30years ago nor does the guy behind his left shoulder. Or........ Out of the Twilight Zone.....do Rickies have a rejuvenating effect?

John: It is a Model 1993 but the Rickenbacker in the photo is a vintage 1960s instrument.

That's a 60s Troggs pic.Though the pic is small, and looking close, my eye says[anyone else want to look closer?]that the headstock looks to possibly be a 12 string.

Dr: Yes, I believe you are right Don and this would fit with a Model 1993.
