Making my C64S more.... Macca-esque

Post by congerz83 »

Hi boys. I've been talking with a well known member of this forum about "Ambering" my 2 C64S.

POLL QUESTION:::

Do I go with gloss, or normal satin finish?

I've also considered having him thin down the upper horn to make it more legit.

+1 for satin.
And +1 for shaving the horns a bit more. I've always thought they looked too heavy and squarish on the edges.

I would go with the satin finish to be more authentic to how the bass is now.
