Brian, hopefully you won't have too long to wait, as production is in full swing now, and they are so worth the wait. You may even get lucky and have the v. 1.1 software on yours by then - Amos at Moog is taking suggestions from all of us early "beta testers" to incorporate in the next operating system, due in about a month or so. I suggest getting the well-made factory Anvil-style road case as too, as this monster is freakin heavy and akward to move. You can play the pedals in the base of the case without removing them.

kinda like my svt head case as it stays in the bottom lid and you just slip the top over it !

Ronbo, I read your post about keeping the SVT head off the cabs - very good idea, and a lesson I learned the hard way when I had mine.... I play solid-state PJB amps now, and while they don't quite have the thunder & grunt of the old Ampeg (what does?), they do sound great & hold up well in the nasty little clubs we play, and no more re-tubing the amp once a year.

i kept my amps off to my right within a leans reach at the mike stand so any adjustments were close by and keeps my bias adjustments steady and extends the life of the amp components.
