Perhaps someone else has more information on this particular doubleneck. The description of the "Tommy Page" doubleneck on page 216 of the Smith book, also produced in 1963, does not match this one.
Be interesting to hear the story on that particular doubleneck.
Somewhere out there is or was a 4080/12/6. Actually it was a 4080/12 Burgundyglo which came with a third 6 string neck, separately. Interchangeable, I presume.
