Looks like those frets need a little TLC, too.

So, Paul, what do you make of this?
Am I better off taking this matter to a local luthier? I don't know what happened to my local luthier, I've been trying to reach him for two weeks now, but he hasn't been answering either of his phones, and when I went by his house, he was not home. International Vintage Guitars is pretty good at luthier work and set-ups and have dealt with Rics before. C&M Music Center employees (mostly Gibson, PRS and Fender freaks about 18-25) looked over the 660/12TP I used to own to replace a string in a horizontal tuners and said "How the f*** do you this?!"
