Happy Belated, Dave - miss your input here. Congrats on your 70 lb loss and KEEPING it off. I'm a long 55 lbs behind you; I've only lost 15. Sorry I was late to the party...

+1000!

Looking great, Dave! :D
I'll say. Dave come back and tell us how you lost all that weight. Wow! You look great. Fit as a fiddle in fact. :D

It's probably from working out with those two 4000s!

Can I borrow them for a while?

Geez, I hope Dave has not been ill. There are some ways of losing weight that you don't want. :(

Thanks for the concern, but I am totally healthy.

Ironically I lost the weight by road biking with the time that I used to spend on the internet. I tried to average about 250 miles a week (that and old fashion calorie intake restriction).

Over the winter I ran on a treadmill five days a week and weight trained three days a week. Now that spring is here, I will revert back to biking only.

Excellent!

Now that my achilles has healed, I'm looking forward to working out again, (along with cutting out the bagels  ).

Happy Belated, Dave.

You look so different in the before and after pix that it's hard to tell that it's the same person! The lack of a mustache is also a big change.

Congrats, keep up the good work, and keep on riding!

You're telling me! I was two cars over at a gas station from a guy in Bucks County a couple weeks ago that looked a lot like Dave. I drove off telling my friend how it was weird that you see people that remind you of others. After seeing the pictures, I am 99% certain it was Dave!

Happy belated, Dave. Great work.

Now, I just have to talk you into an afternoon of rock climbing at Ralph Stover! :P

That's what I'm finding - hard work(outs) and restricted caloric intake. Kudos, Dave.
