What type tuners work best for a 325 C58? I want to use the guitar on stage. Thanks.

Re: 325 C58 tuners
Hmmm. I suppose I would say, "ones that work".
The Ric-Tite Grover open-back type that are fitted to it, are actually very nice. The ones on mine hold their tune very well.
Swap them out, and you lose a bit of the "look". Grover themselves make a nearly-identical set of 18:1s, which would have a better "feel" to some, but I'm at a loss to answer this question any further until I have a clue as to why you want to swap out the originals.
Don't forget--the string gauge is very important on these shorties--you want to use a set of .013-.054s on it.

Re: 325 C58 tuners
Welcome to the forum, Tommy. Keep the open backs you have on the C58, unless there's some problem with them. As Paul says, they're great tuners.
I use a set of 12 gauge strings on my 325V59 with no problems or issues at all.

Hey thanks for the advice. I have .012's TI's on it right now which helped tremendously in the playability but I will get a set of .013's and try them. I still don't have quite the sound I am looking for but its getting better. Not much output from these pickups either. Thanks.

No, the C58 Toasters are only wound to about 5k, as opposed to other Toasters which are around 7.4k. So they are definitely a lower output pickup.
