Might be a Warmoth body (I remember their advertisements in Guitar Player which included a 360-style body). The would-be inlays and clunky neck heel are huge warts on this creation -BUT- I do like the wood on wood aesthetic.

Yup! That one was originally a 1975 JG Rickenbacker 430... This very guitar and another 380-esque one were discussed on this forum several years ago. They were made by a former member and caused much wringing of hands and gnashing of teeth.
