Well, in keeping with the "new math" and "outcome based education" mentality, as long as you feel good about the answer, it's the correct one.

Congratulations on the new gear! :)

That's some pretty good figuring there, Mitch! Is that the celebrity one that you recently mentioned, after all?

Thanks guys

Here is the story. Yesterday I went to my friends store with the 3 guitars at the top. I was going to put these guitars on consignment. My friend Nick who works there says "I have something in the back you may be interested in."

I follow him to the back room and there,on a table is this new looking Rickenbacker case,so I say "Oh yeah,I am interested". He opens the case and inside is this 2005 Rickenbacker 360/12MG that looks brand new. I say "Ok,I want it." Then Nick hits me with this bombshell: this guitar had been traded in 2 hours ago. The guy who traded it in bought another Rickenbacker 12-String they had. The one that used to belong to Paul Westerberg!

Apparently Paul had sold his Rick to Jim Harms(My Music Store) several years ago and Jim had sold it to one of his customers. A couple of days ago that customer sold it back to Jim and then yesterday Jim sold it to a guy who traded in the 360/12 that I had traded my guitars for.

So the Westerberg's 620 sold 2 hours before I went to the store yesterday. That's why I said "Missed it by that much"

Nice one, Mitch, congrats!

Speaking of math, I had to laugh the other day when I did a Google search on the CAS number (for you who aren't chemists, it's a number that is assigned to a specific chemical substance by the Chemical Abstracts Service) for perfluoropentane, CAS No. 678-26-2:
