Model 350
Here's the new, bouncing baby, just adopted from the Guitar Center orphanage. Of course, I had to pay the outrageous adoption fee of $599 (don't hate me). I balked at first on the price, but eventually caved in.
The little tyke was born in 1991 with black hardware, but when I brought it home, most of the black stuff had already been replaced with chrome, so I finished the job with chrome Schallers, white pickguard, etc. (Thanks, Kenny and Richard at Rickenbacker). It came with the Bigsby, and a Rickenbacker pamphlet on how to install, and also the original case. It also came with a vintage reissue clear truss rod cover - The cherry on top!! The midnight Blue color seems unusual for this model, and the finish has some wonderful finish checkering, but not too much. Note: This Bigsby returns to pitch better than any other guitar I've had, the exception being a vintage Fender Mustang I had long ago. Go figure.

I was just in the right place at the right time. It had only been there a couple days. It was hiding in a corner, sucking it's thumb and waiting to be adopted.

Re: Model 350
Good question - The seller must have never heard of Ebay, and the guy at GC who priced it is probably now unemployed.
