This eBay seller sells new Ricks without warranties, though she fails to mention this in the listings. She also sells unusual older Ricks at (as you can see) elevated prices. She used to carry a number of accounts under different names with various retailers, and back-order from them. When the instruments would be shipped, she would list them on Ebay as mentioned above, at nice high prices. The reasoning was, I suppose, that instant gratification merited the markup to premium price.

Caveat emptor, regardless of price, especially on her "new" stock, which is for warranty purposes, "one owner", once they've passed through her hands, and thus not eligible for warranty.
