A six-piece Ludwig 'Classic Maple' drumkit sprayed to match V-Series fireglo perfectly...
mmm
I can see it.

Re: All the instruments you play?
Electric guitars, Acoustic guitars (nylon & steel), Baritone guitar, 12 string electric guitar, Guitar synthesisers, Celtic Harp, Mandolin, Tenor banjo, Roger's bouzouki, Bass guitars (4,5,8 & rubber string), Toy guitar, Keyboards (digital & analogue), Reed organ, Xylophone, Tin whistle, Trombone, Voice, Tamborine, Bodhran, Sleigh bells, Cardboard box, Fist, Alarm clock, It likes to live in a pocket & Drum program.
Well, thats what I played on my first album. The baritone guitar has gone as well as the 5 string bass and the 12 string basses have stepped in to fill the void...
I would like to add a Theremin to the list and really should pick up the Bagpipes again...
Eden.

Bass (primary instrument)
Guitar (I started out as a gitarist and have 1 Rick on which I strum chords several times a week)
Classical Guitar (I ended at beginning conservatory level before I switched to bass)
Double bass (I had one for some time and can do basic rockabilly things.)
Drums (allways fun too fool around with in rehearsing room. I know basic patterns and think this is very helpful for a bassguitarist.)
Violin (I studied it for half a year. Nowadays I only play our national anthem and a children song once or twice a year. I can still play these reasonably in tune.)
Keyboards (I know how to play chords, but dont have a good independent left/right hand technique)
Didge (I own one. In the shop I was even able to make decent noises with it while drunk)
All kinds of litle instruments on which I am almost allways able to play some kind of melody whenever I see them. I even use our hoover and my t-shirt to make melodies sometimes. (You can vary pitch with the amount of t-shirt sucked into the hoover)

Re: All the instruments you play?
I play power chords on a two-string Fender Jaguar, and know "Louie, Louie" on bass and Farfisa.
My Rickenbackers are only for looking at.

I started off on trombone too, Jake! Dropped it after middle school when I got my 330.

So, you've heard Paul play?kiramdear wrote:dpowell wrote:jingle_jangle wrote: My Rickenbackers are only for looking at.That's a shame...
I think Paul is teasing us. He's a pretty decent rhythm guitarist by my account.
Re: All the instruments you play?
Sure I have. We are neighbors. Besides, you can judge for yourself in North of Malibu's video from last year.jps wrote: So, you've heard Paul play?![]()

And I'm stuck in the middle, just lookin' at my Ricks...
Re: All the instruments you play?
You mean, you can play these things??!?!?!? I thought they were just for looking at. I mean, they are such works of art, yeah, they are just for lookin' at... I think...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
Re: All the instruments you play?
...posing is okay, too, I hear.
