I'm hoping that black (and lots of it) is in the near future as well.

Brian, yours will begin before summer's end, I'm fairly confident...

In addition of lots of acoustics in various stages, there are some others in the works: loose ends, smaller "fit in-between" projects, etc.

I just shipped a light Autumnglo bass, but the pics are in my other camera, so, later today or tomorrow on that one.

Here are three sweet hearts; late '50s and early '60s solidbodies. On the left is Paul Lemon's '57 Combo 1000 LH conversion, nearing completion. Center is my '61 425, refretted and awaiting its moment in the spray booth. It'll be FG, of course. On the right is an early Combo 1000 carcass that I picked up for less than $300 on eBay last year, which I've fitted with a maple fretboard. It'll get an unusual paint finish.

Check out the Combo 400 in another (Oldie but Moldy) thread, which has been torn down in anticipation of its resurrection.

That '57 combo has great figuring on the wood. Should turn out beautifully.

That Combo 1000 would also look sweet as a Rickebacker bass guitar, in a RH version of course!
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

It's been a very busy time, as parts for some restos came in, and things have been moving through the spray booth at a regular pace in an effort to get caught up. I'll try to get some good photos of recent stuff before it's shipped tomorrow, and more of projects in process. I hope to post lots in the coming weeks starting late today or tomorrow.

JWilli--hang on...
