You have all our respect!!!
No problem - I modded it with an aftermarket Steinberger Transtrem!

Nah, actually I don't have an 8-string here in CA anymore, the black one lives outside of Boston. But the current owner of the 4008 might bring it (hint hint!)

Good call on the Petty, Steve; I knew I was forgetting something...

A funk-bass blues jam sounds like fun; I know a bunch of those funky guitar backing chords. I far prefer laying back and playing some funky chords, and watching you guys do your thing, to having to diddle around playing and bending blues box-based solos for minutes on end( hmmm, guess I'll throw a few trills in here...zzzzzz). The last time that happened at the Jeff jam/Scott jam at Gary's place, I got stuck having to play two of those things, and the scowl on my face was blatantly and amusingly evident to Joey and Graham, who were laughing themselves silly out of their chairs at my expense.

If any RRF facebook users want an official invitation they can send me a friend request here: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1283502550

I'll add you and shoot an invitation right over to you :) Of course, it's not necessary to have one in order to attend, and there won't be any info in it that doesn't appear in this thread, but I'll be able to have you on my forum friends list and share some not-necessarily-rick-related fun in future. 8)

OK OK, I can take a hint. I was going to bring it.

Along with the Squire, Lemmy, 4001S and 4001s :D

Now, do you need amps too. I have about 2000 watts of bi-amped Trace Elliot here.

If you want it, you'll have to get it there though. It doesn't fit in anything I own !
