Finding the polishing procedure

Help me folks,

John gave me some great stuff to polish my Ric and shine up the keys. He told there is a great post in how go about doing it.

I have looked in the carmudgen section and couldn't find it :cry:

I may have just missed it or didn't see it. Please help??!!??!! :lol:
