treble vol rickenbacker 4001 - help

Post by clabass »

I put the .47 uf capacitor in the treble volume.

Now the treble this volume as a master volume.

What may have happened?

Another thing that happens is that the treble pickup volume is greater than the bass. pickup.

Can anyone help me.

Claudio, you need a .0047uf capacitor, not .47uf.

I put this:07459 - Capacitor.047 standard tone

why was it that was wrong? That is why the treble volume became master volume?

What about the treble volume have higher gain than the bass volume? What may be happening?

If you could take some good photos of your wiring it would be much easier to see what might be wrong.
