This may be old-hat to some, but I never saw this image until today:

Checkerboard binding on a 331? Never saw that combination - just wondering if anyone has any info on this...

From what I understand, it and the Azureglo finish are original, making it the second rarest LS model configuration apart from McGuinn's 341/12 SF model.

It's a beauty, I think Chip Winfield owns that guitar.

Chip found that guitar and asked me if the asking price, $8.5k, was too much. :lol:

Amazing guitar, thanks for the info!

I always wished they did a 361, you know? I guess the 4005LS is the closest to a true deluxe lightshow...
